Hi there,

with the hotness of the weather i'm wondering a few things re clothes:

1) can we wear shorts

2) flip flops

3) Hawaiian shirts

and also, is the aircon working, and to what temperature?

thanks in advance for answering the questions that have been asked numerous times before but i've been unable to find the answers

Pretty sure smart shorts and Hawaiian shirts are ok, not seen many flip flops. Last night I went out for some fresh air and it was far more fresher and cooler inside. DTD is a great place to go to cool down, just avoid the bad beats.

As far as I'm aware flip flops are allowed

Confirmed sighting of Goulden in flip flops last weekend

Thewy polls up in sandals, even slippers.

Standards are slipping. Everyone should be obliged to wear brogues, a nice suit, crisply ironed white shirt, and a silk tie, imo.

I would ban anyone who turned up wearing flip flops. No class.

What if someone had two left feet and brought some flip flips?

All poker should be played in informal attire.

Anyone thinking that includes a hoodie should be evicted immediately.

Hello,

Shorts are permitted in the hot weather providing they are smart and not beachwear.

Flip flops are not allowed unfortunately and the air con is set to 'cold'.

As for Hawaiian shirts, your shirt taste is up to you Smiley

See you at the club,

Glenn.

Joking aside, how is the ambient temp in dtd with this weather.

Played there a few times and been too hot AND too cold.

Would like to dress appropriate to the temperature,  not to whatI should be wearing for my actual age vs my inner child

Very warm outside on the way there last night but needed hoody when I was on table 25 as it was "breezy" Smiley

Generally it was not to bad inside but not sure if wearing shorts in the air con is a good idea.

The air con is noticeable inside,

last night as I left (11pm) the heat outside hit me, if thats any comparison to go by.

At this moment I don't know what the exact temperature is but can find out at 6 if you wish?

Cheers,

Glenn.
