Bit harsh on Lynsey!

lovely gig at BT co host with Danny Baker every saturday e.t.c

Ha, no offence intended, like her a lot, but was not aware she was still working. BT Sport is not on my radar.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lynsey_Hipgrave

Did a lot of ITV4 re Europa League as well, she is very very good

Danny Baker is on your radar though, she is his regular sidekick on Saturday mornings.

love that show on a saturday morning has a feel of an improvised comedy show just a couple of pals have a sporting missmash

bacon butty game best game across tv and radio

yeh what happened to him? What a character, it's such a shame that the current climate of online poker now makes these kind of stories obsolete Sad

Xwink/Xblink was the last pretty much Sad

Sad that it takes someone with as much talent as Viktor Blom to make a story like this, and even he prolly had to run good...

Still in Amsterdam. We are hours (well, an hour) in front of you over here.

Contemplating playing the €750 tournament today.

Although my record of playing side events after busting the main is absolutely abject would probably just be flushing a monkey down the toilet.

Might go to the Van Gogh museum instead.

Or stay in the hotel and watch Ascot and Haydock...........

Mrs Long and I went to Amsterdam last month for a long weekend. Now I'm as philistine as they come when it comes to art but Mrs Long wanted to go so we did the Rijks and the Van Gogh.

The Rijks was fantastic but the Van Gogh blew me away. Doesn't start painting until he is 27, suicide at 38 and paints thousands of pictures. There was a joint exhibition, don't know if it's still on, comparing his work and life with Edvard Munch - and they have The Scream on display. Felt privileged to see such an iconic picture.

The queue was about 45 minutes outside in the cold when we went - worth every second.

Catching up on old threads, I spotted this. If you loved the Van Gogh you (or your wife) might enjoy this book, titled 'Vincent by Himself'. It's hundreds of pieces of his work, accompanied by huge amounts of his written correspondence and tells the story of his life. It's quite an unusual concept for a book and there can't be many individuals for who it would work but it is utterly compelling.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Andrew Feldman last seen working in John Lewis last Christmas (Not a level).

No fkn way?!

Dunno how he can work for £7ph or whatever they pay, his days pay will be smaller than the BB in the games he was playing.

Seen pics of him at uni getting involved with some of the clubs etc

Saw him working at JD Sports in Oxford Street today as a cashier, seemed bored out of his ass. I think fair to say confirmed busto

Must explain why Trickett didn't get his cash, although heard Trickett wasn't in Australia as he is pursuing Feldman for this..can anyone confirm??

Blonde Bashes?

right on the back burner for two reasons

a) DTD schedule so busy with big guarantee events that demand all their attention

b) the last one got 100, and i don't think we'll get 100 at the moment. Ideally would need 200 to be worth the effort

We had a provisional date less than six months ago which got postponed.

Now it's "right on the back burner".

Think I just saw Ross Boatman on a new Natwest ad on TV, I know he was an actor before so it could well be...
