No scandal that I can remember. They just had to shut it down, because it wasn't ever going to be profitable. I randomly bumped into him in Newcastle 3 years ago, think he was mainly over it and I'm guessing not doing great as i heard he was getting backed at some point. I don't think his family were keen on him playing poker and I'd hazard a guess this played a factor in him quitting.
That's a shame, but he was obviously a smart guy, and hopefully doing well in whatever he turned his hand to afterwards. |

I think he might be a Stars Pro on Pokerstars.it only. He used to be one of the main pros on the Italian client anyway. |
