Tony Chapman and Tony Duffield

Both used to operate various poker clubs in the south. Do they still own any?

Tony Duffield's clubs closed some time ago.  No idea what he is doing now.

Pete Linton?

Been in London last few years playing and sometimes organising PLO games. Announced his retirement from poker end of last year though. I'm sure he'll be back though.

Blimey, what a memory all that noise was when APAT launched. Amazing how many sceptics there were.

Turned out pretty damn good though.

That it did, and still ticking along at a very nice pace - and definitely the project I've had the most pleasure working on.  Although Leigh, Matt and Tom are the driving force these days and they have done an outstanding job on maintaining the values that Tighty, yourself and myself put in place in the early days.  They leave me to sign off the invoices!  It's hard to believe I was chasing you around inner London some twelve years ago!  Twelve!  Crikey.  Time's flying, jeez.

Ever hear from young Compo?  Even though I haven't seen him for the best part of a decade, I still miss that warmth and cheeky grin.

I'm not sure "pleasure" is the right word, but my time at APAT certainly gave me more satisfaction than anything else in poker, & it'd be at the top of my CV if I had one. It was important to me to do something for poker, & it sure ticked that box. APAT was a genuine game-changer for recreationals, it really was. Hard to imagine now that back then, unless you were a high roller, decent structures were not available. APAT changed everything.

You signing off invoices? Good luck getting them through....

Compo? No, not for, at a guess, 10 years or so. I'm not sure if you knew the backstory of Compo, but it was all dreadfully sad. Lovely man, & ridiculously talented. I do hope he is OK. I heard several rumours that he is back in Hertfordshire, sort of bearded & incognito.

On the off chance he reads this, come back Dave, you are much missed mate. Would give a lot to catch up with him before my innings is complete.

Could very well still live in the Bedford area and be found around Luton G/Genting/Casino MK and on occasion, The Vic. I used to head down with him every now and then but I now live in Liverpool so I haven't seen him in a couple of years.
