Better to knick the antes than flash the knickers

Two of the top three stacks
William Russell
Andy Helm
They both have well over double average with 120,000+ in Level 8

Peter Wigglesworth raises to 1500 at 200-600
In the cut-off Nik Flanagan all in 15,000
In the small blind Greek Jack all in 17,000
Wigglesworth calls both
On their backs
Wigglesworth 7-7
Jack J-J
Flanagan A-K
The world momentarily stops turning on is axis as Flanagan breaks into his first recorded smile in public since 1998
the flop comes A-A and all is right with the world until the 7 completes the flop
8 turn
K on the river to win the pot for Flanagan
Smile!

Typo there, no? Was it just one ace on the flop?

No, I just got it wrong
Flanagan of course won the hand. I realised as I went for my next parambulation and saw him there with a pile of chips
If you are going to get it wrong, get it properly wrong
