Basically i have set the make up buy out at 50% (copied from Ray) as far as im aware in "standard" long term deals you would be lucky to get 50% nowadays but i think 50% seems fair.

We have now had i think about 70% confirmed as reloading and i am waiting to hear from all the backers before continuing. If for example we end up with 90% reload and nobody wanting the other 10% i will take it and pay the "drop outs" their 50% for the time being im happy doing this for small amounts and clawing back over time some of my action. Admittedly it could have been a little difficult if only say 25% wanted a reload i would maybe have had to come to some other agreement.

Ive never been on a long term make up deal before so im learning from others and what ive heard is the "norm" so if you or anyone else thinks im doing this wrong or it could be done a better way please speak up as im more than happy to listen as you know!

if youre taking the % then they leave the makeup and if somebody else wants to buy their % they can negotiate it. imo. the whole thing can just be a little bit dodgy and the fact your being staked then paying 50% of old makeup isnt too fair on you imo.

Fwiw I let backers sort it out privately when I reloaded. I did suggest 50% MU which I think was accepted.

This seems fair? The negotiate privately thing won't work as well in this due to the private investors being off forum so setting a price seems a fair way to go about things if someone wants to offer lower I suppose if we have no other options I'm happy to listen to offers!

Just waiting tohear back from one 10% investor a couple of the private guys have pulled out so 22% available at the minute. I have someone interested in 5% so looking like 17% available depening on the other 10%.

I will take on the 17% if there are no more offers for it as i want to get back on the horse ASAP!

not the worst start we won a $2.50 180 man which bags like 130. bricked all of the $8 ones though and rebuy ones no FT's only in $2.5. This would have been a nice stack going into the FT
