Had a swingy day felt i had a good opening table with it going 4/5/6/7 ways to a flop most times (playing 8 handed) but just could not seem to have the best hand on the river 2 pairs NO GOOD! Ended up down to 3.7K (9BB) ish when the button shoves and i called him off with A3 and held v his 107. Interesting this spot for me because the button who shoved went down to like 30 BB at level 150/300 and litterally you would have thought he was already out the door. Im always so shocked when people "Give up" as long as i still have a chip in front off me ill keep trying and not feel im out. Ive come back from half an ante to win a comp before and things like that make you realise "never give up" anyway he had opened shoved quite a few times and was visablly frustrated now he was down to 12 BB so i think it was a pretty easy call off as i think hes shoving like 80% of hands here. Anyway! now was time for my never say die attitude this got me to 8k and the ball rolling as i think it was one of the first pots id won. I managed to chip up to 20 odd K? Had a pot vrs Sin (full tilit pro) where i had 99 on 91010x9 i jammed the river but unfortunatly she did not have a 10. Then 3 bet with AQ over a raise and 3 callers. Everyone of the callers tanked then folded. I was very happy with my table at this point felt i had some good reads and had the two weaker players to my right and more tougher opponents to my left. Then we hear Next BB please, SIGH! I moved to a table with Bash, Wadey, Chris Sly, Judgedredd. Lovely much tougher and probably only one "Spot" on the table. Fortunatly i managed to carry my momentom on on this table and chip up to 50K mainly through one nice pot where i had 1010>AQ on Q10x board. Unfortunatly there was 2 dimonds on the board and the river brought a 3rd diamond which meant i did not value bet jam, but just bet around half my stack as i really didnt think he had diamonds but he really looked visablly frustrated when the 3rd diamond hit making me think AA KK AQ and i need to make it a callable amount. He did call but frustrating not to get the lot.

I then have a pot with Judgedredd ( I think it was him i dont know who he is but regognise his online screeen name and Pinchop said it was him in skype group) I didnt know either way anyway at this point when i peel pre in position with 1010 and bet the 446 flop when checked to me i then get check raised on the J turn by Judge and i really was frustrated here as i should have just checked and got to cheap show down but i think hes floating agaisnt me pretty wide here and the J does hit his range espically as flop was 2 diamonds. Anyway then i manage to double wadey up AK<JJ to send me back down to 25k. I chip down to 15k ish at dinner break through a mixture of raise folding missing folps etcetcetc.

When we return from dinner break im on the feature table, ive played on feature tables before it wasent much of an issue im not going to change my game much just maybe play a bit different agaisnt people i know are getting information and those who are not. We go on a bit of a heater 30 minutes into the level with QQ>88 all in pre v a shorty and 5 bet jamming AQ when its gone button open(judge) me 3 bet small chris sly 4 bet big and i 5 bet jammed. Chris had 87cc and folded pre. Then i have a hand with Bash where on reflection i probably could have called but i dont think it was a feature table thing its just a meh spot where ive 3 bet JJ and hes peeled the board has come 3x xd and hes jammed into me. I folded and he had A3dd. but on reflection i dont think hes jaamming a K here so im probably in good shape its just a huge over jam on the flop and hard to call off under the lights if you get shown KQ+KJ etc you feel like a mug! After this i went pretty card dead on the feature table.

We moved off the feature table and i had about 25k. i managed to chip up to 35K before opening AK @500/1k, i got 3 bet by Chris to 5k and this effectevly put bash all in in big blind when he called. I decided to peel i dont mind 4bet calling here but once bash is all in in BB it means i dont have many 4bet bluffs in my range so happy to flat, its often gonna get checked down (i suppose or we can scoop on K/A high boards where he can have a lot of worse A/K's in his range. Anyway long and short of it it comes KQ7 i check call 9 on the turn i check jam and he has KK. GG on reflection his range is super strong here but meh i have TPTK! Dont think i can fold 35 Bigs deep. Anyway really enjoyed myself. felt pretty comfortable all day. had like 70% of myself in this comp and its definiatly the best way for me as i can just chill and play my own game espically when it was all sold to friends as i know they aint gonna go sick if i bluff it off or make a mistake ETCETC

Anyway sorry to bore you all nice to go back through a comp in my head and replay some hands will oprbably watch the live stream back on Sunday see how i did.

Next grind is Sunday, its my birthday today (Friday) and im going home to see friends/family and have a meal out in manchester before spending all day in the boozer on saturday in nottingham watching the rugby! Common England!
