What is the latest time you can reg online for day 1c? Also can you reg over the phone?

just bagged a seat online! does anyone know if its usual rules for registering online and your chips only becoming active when you attend at the club.  ie 2 hrs after start of torney - will you have your full stack to play with?
or is there other rules as its a GPS torney??

Due to player demand and the hard work of everyone for installing additional seating today, the £150 Deepstack Day 1A WILL take place tonight at 8pm. It has £50,000 GTD with Day 2 taking place on Sunday. Please like and share so no one misses out.
