Villain is a reg but no real read on him/knowledge about him. Assume he is decent. Tourney is $33 cubed so is pretty deep.

I felt like he was repping particularly thin on the flop and this is how we ended up at the river. Now with this river bet I want to believe him, as he can just bomb all his jacks or better, and it kind of looks like I'm calling given that nothing much has changed since the flop.

Are we ok with our line up to the river, and do we think we should fold?

definitely folding river, we have the worst hand we can have in this spot so im fine with folding it. Kinda wana fold the flop though youre both really deep and he can just put tons of pressure on you down the streets. I dont expect him to be getting too OOL in this spot in general

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

Yeah I thought this too. I think I was worried that it was perhaps too exploitable, but given the deepness of stacks and the fact it barely affects anything if we just fold flop, I wonder if that is better.

Yeh probs just fold flop.  At this stage seems like a completely pointless battle and there just has to be better things to be doing then just calling it off with no idea where were at (though I would guess probably behind).

His range pre is obviously going to be pretty strong. If I had AJ here I'd just fold without thinking if the reg was fairly straightforwards.

I don't think too many regs will bother turning something into a bluff at this point

really hate getting stubborn with underpairs as a general rule, 67 isn't exactly drawing dead and all he needs is J9 and we have pretty much no equity.

You're not being exploited. You're completely uncapped so not like he can just go baliss on this runout.
