It's a positive step, so therefore must be good publicity and a step forward for online poker in the US.

wat?

Despite saving everyone involved in Fulltilt, Pstars are still getting the cold shoulder in the US.

The only step forward for poker in the US will be if the god botherers than run most of the country are educated by large campaign donations from us gambling interests.

yeh as tilting as the whole "black friday" saga was it's important for balance of debate to remember that ALL the sites were in fact committing some very serious corporate crimes for a fairly long period of time.

Pokerstars hands-on business practice was faultless, hence why they survived and no-one else did.

Pretty sure it was neither.

Online poker is already live in Nevada and Delaware. Coming on November 21st in New Jersey. Widely predicted to drop in California (and possibly some other states) by 2015. Like anything involving government legislation it will take a long time, but it's on its way.

But yeah don't see how this red pro thing has any bearing on it either way.
