Gaming Machines ***BUYING***
«

Hi Peeps,
I am looking to buy a few gaming machines can anyone point me in the direction of an individual/company who would be selling?
I am looking for fairly modern ones that have decent jackpots. I wouldn't mind something like you get in the bookies these days with the option of multiple games.
TIA for any help.

This for home use, or for the public?
Changes how you can buy.

Public, most likely without a gaming permit. I am involved in a small business and the guy who operates it has a few fruit machines at present in our waiting area but I think the newer type machines would be more profitable.

There's plenty of £70 jackpot pub machines going on eBay at the moment. Some will be kept for upgrade but a lot being sold off at the moment due to the upcoming £100 jackpot increase.
It's unlikely to get you into trouble but I would also advise you don't admit to intending to siting them illegally!

Be careful. They nearly turn a blind eye at old fashioned fruit machines. FOBTs in bookies are massively regulated and very heavily taxed so the authorities are all over illegal operators in a flash.
It's also very hard to get hold of B2 cabinets as they are numbered and each operator must keep records of legacy machines they have owned in the past. Fkn worse than owning a firearm.

fruitys are so bad these days, for me it ended with the £15 jackpot machines, classics like impulse, battle axe, psycho cash beast etc. Used to be fun to stick a fiver in, thesedays you can do your complete bollocks on one and they aren't even fun to play.

I used to like the old £200 club machines, and have done my bollocks many a time when the old man had them. Cops & Robbers, Cash on the Nile, Casino Crazy and even the old 65 Special!
Used to like the old Big Banker, Bullseye £8 jackpot jobs, and even the old each way nudgers were great fun back in the day

Haha, quality.
I remember doing my brains in Cops & Robbers a few times, nothing more tilting than being in for a monkey on a £200 jackpot

I had a deal or no deal - break the bank machine not too long back, brought it for 300 and sold it for the same 6 months later - eBay both times. Quite a few on there.

LBO B2/B3 FOBTs are networked, so you won't be able to operate one independently.
The penalties for getting caught operating without a gaming license are severe.
Eventually, the Gambling Commission will find out, and you'll get clobbered.
Incidentally, I'm a compliance manager with a game developer providing, amongst other things, content for LBO FOBTs
