OIOI!

Sorry if this is spammy, but Stu Barnett (honeybadger) + various business partners have created this site https://www.stakesandladders.com/ - its like a pool-betting site (betfair concept) and i think it's going to be really fun for golf!!!

Stu has set me up a "private lil day golf pool" for this weekends Pebble  Beach Pro-Am event and me and quite a few of my mates are gonna play, if any of you guys wanna join it too then its £100 to enter and just PM me your user name once you've signed up and you're in!!

FYI - this should be joke +EV for any of you who are shrewd about golf as we're all fairly hopeless Cheesy fun sweat though Tongue

More multi-course pro-am pish in the US, maybe have a look on Sunday.

In the joburg open have laid Charl in the top 5 market - think he is just a bit short as he was looking well out of form in the small field event at the turn of the year and hasn't played since.  Think he's the kind of player that gets disheartened if he's not right in the hunt, so might even back him to miss the top ten if the market is liquid enough.

G-Mac, Watney, Jones and McGirt for me this week.

Don't know if anyone was watching last week but that Moore 540-degree lip out was ridiculous. Really frustrating finish.

Quite like Craig Lee first round leader in Dubai. Seems to start like a train most weeks and 100s plus looks big espec ew.

A week too early. 150-1 this week

were they doing 1st round leader - they don't usually when multi courses in play?  (Just assumed didn't look)  He was on the "wrong" course anyway so I prob wouldn't have backed him anyway.

Yes. Couldn't work out why he was so big to start with having gone to back him. Of course, instead of going with my gut, sense and stats unusually talked me out of it.

Ho hum. At least I'm still fishing in the right ponds, even if they are wriggling off the hook.

Not a good Tourny for me.

First Craig Lee first round leader after suggesting him last week and Coetzee finally winning after backing him in his last event too.

Starting to lose faith in Jordy too, seems to use "moving day" to move in the wrong direction.

Unlucky Adz, least your there a outs with the picks, you'll nail em when it counts soon enough. I'm hoping Walker "does a Speith" as I've laid him, I know he was a lot clear but I like taking on the last round leader and it won't take much if someone throws in a good round and puts him under pressure.

I've backed Harris English @ 100-1 for the Master (110 on betfair for a couple of quid) I like him, think he will do well and 100-1 seems big to me. My portfolio now looks like this

Zach Johnson, Jordan Speith, Ian Poulter and Harris English.

Thinking of adding Pat Perez who seems to be playing solid. Any others?

Edit is Zach not Dustin ( should really back him now!) and took the 110 on bf for a few quid.

Edit I'd have to be lucky to win the masters with a guy that's not in it ie Perez!

Couldn't stay up to see all the golf, wish I had now, with one shot in it I could have cashed out!
