Well played Doig . well played Anon lol .Tighty you make the updates far more than just cards and numbers. Other updaters such as pokerstars could learn a lot from you . All they ever do is offer staggered updates that focus purely on big pokertstars names with no analysis or humour. They are always slow , focus far too much on their own players and offer very little insight into players' thinking behind certain hands. Anyway enough of singing your praises thanks again and see you for the next one . What price on Anon winning next week?

Pretty sure I've read the 'Anons' name on a poker site earlier today (not DTD or Blonde).

Yes his name is on this update until he insisted on being anon from Sunday 7pm onwards
An awkward one

Isn't there a way that people have to agree to not be anon? I'm sure I've had to sign waivers before in some comps.
Also, is the person that was taken ill ok?

Not sure about the ill player. Left in an ambulance, but walked to it which was good news
Anyone can opt to be anonymous before a comp, and the DTD system will be pdated to that effect and I stick to that
Opting to be so when they were about to cash large was an interesting one
DTD don't operate a system of waiver forms/signatures before their comps

If I was @ DTD I would not allow Anon's.
If it was in the T&C's of the Casino they have a choice weather to play or not. I don't think a "Anon" does any good
to promote grass roots poker or make a winners story re-portable for outside media and marketing.
They seem to feature quite alot in later stages of Tournaments. So they must be good players of the game
as a grouping of " Anons"
If they have taken a shot with the online Satellites which many overlay and are not willing to be part of the updates
or tell there story of a £5 Sat turning into a £35000 Bink. It's not bringing anything to the party for DTD.
or to encourage the grass root player into having a punt.
Try being Anon at the EPT or a wsop event. Don't think it would happen.
Tighty cracking updates as always. You have Patience of a saint.
Ban Anons i say you have nothing at all to lose.
Regards

A players decision to be anonymous should be respected. When they are employed in the real world by a very big company they have valid reason to not want this information accessible by current and future employers.

He was a bit laith asking to be anon though Yian. How would employment issues change between being simply an entrant in a poker comp and being a FTist in a poker comp? Just random. But whatever, horses for courses, grats to the guy
Edit: Wait think I'm beginning to understand....
