Is this comp winner takes all?  No mention of payout structure unless i missed it.

Apologies, should have put it in that last post. We paid 2 last year so lets go with that again.

1st - £320
2nd - £80

Unless objections, we'll go with that.

Be the greatest thing ever if I was leading by a country mile, & Eso or ArgueBoy were begging me to do business.

Maths or no maths, I'm playing badass hardball.

Or what about Camel. Imagine trying to cut a deal with him?

Chompy already offered me a chop.

Score off the top for the last place finisher imo.

Tikay is such a staunch supporter of these comps, it would be nice for him to get a return just the once.

good idea for interest for the relegation contenders as the weeks go on to pay a score for the bottom.

You wanna do business then, Sunshine, or chop it up?

I'll take 70% now. How's that suit? Only takes one hand, you know.

Eso has got a bag of bollocks apart from my only two outright bets for the event!  Run worse luck box!
Lol was just gonna rub you down that, how lucky you have been to get that Sidaz dog you pm'd me about...  Wink

The prize for last was suggested last year but think it got the thumbs down due to the fact that it can be decided fairly quickly. Happy to go with it if the general consensus agree.

awesome write ups Scotty on betpal mate.  Different class for your effort.  Puts most paid publications to shame.

Thanks mate, very kind. Got a view on Lough Messi? My best bet tonight and RP put it up too this morning.

Superb write up's mate. Glad to see ive got some of your picks already ante post, just got to add the other ones in now. Love Lough Messi, managed to nick some of the 9/4 that laddies had for a few minutes this morning, right time right place for that one i think. Good luck with everything that you have wrote up.

What a life getting the 9/4.

Greyhound Derby 1st Round

The first round of the Derby takes place over 3 days: today, tomorrow and Saturday. You score points based on how your 10 greyhounds perform in their individual heats. The scoring system for each round is in the opening post, but here is the first round scoring system:

1st Round Heats 1st place: 5pts; 2nd place: 3pts; 3rd place 1pt - minus 5pts if eliminated at this stage

The points may seem miniscule but it was very tight at the top last year so every point counts.

You can find your kennel by going back a few posts in this thread.

Below is the links to each of the three days of the 1st round so those interested can view their races. All of the first round races are available to watch on either the RP website or on channel 212 on Sky.

Def like the score for last, esp seeing as my average price seems to be one of the highest!

From the looks of it i'll be lucky to get a second round sweat with that rabble!
