Question - is it possible to swap Tom Dwan from the High stakes category for Jason Mercier, and swap Jason Mercier in the WC2 category for Phil Hellmuth.

Technically it is 1 sub. Just a small movement of my line up for positions.

Sterling on for Lallana in the middle and moving Rooney in the middle and putting Sterling out wide, if you will.

No selected players remain in event #22 and event #23 is complete so after 23 events the top of the table looks like this:

pokerfan   29
mondatoo   29
claypole   29
$heriff_Fatman    28
Racman   28
Matt50   28

I like the analogy!

However, I'm going to be mean and say that it would count as two substitutions in this competition.
I ruled the same way last year so I've got to stick to it now.

I should have clarified the rules.

I should have clarified the rules.

Then my challenge Sir is that was last year, and we all love change to formats that work for the better.

You say you should have clarifed the rules, and so havent learnt.

Imagine if Hodgson hadn't learnt from the mistakes in 2012, we'd not be going into saturday in good shape!!

So continuing the mean theme, i think i should be mean and make work for you!!

(FTR- im jesting with you!)

It's always a challenge trying to make the rules "air tight" without making them read like the T&C's you get when registering for "ITunes".
I've learnt my lesson though, sir; I'll definitely be clarifying this issue if I do another of these.

I can't say that I follow the football but I'm sure that Mr. Hodgson has got all angles covered.

As you mention the football, people may be interested in this:

Smooth-ish. Im very much in the Worldcup comp, you have my monies too.

I shall aim to trouble the higher end of the table in that than i am here; though the rules are very restrictive in this i find!

Sneaky, eh?
