Think it is a car crash throughout.  Somebody who knows him needs to tell him that he needs to get rid of a lot of that stuff on twitter.  If a future potential employer finds that, they aren't ever going to look positively on it.  They are more likely to look leniently on the video than the retweets.  

Would you employ somebody that could possibly do that to you when you terminate their contract?
