Well, if he's an ok small stakes reg you should get him to fold JJ here. If he's a random fish I'd just fold as I'd expect him to check KK AA river. Small bet though, looks like a blocker bet with AA or JJ.

Folding probably best depending on villain.

I'm not saying he would, I am simply saying that is my problem with 4/f. I very rarely get into these spots where villain is 5b to know anything about this 5b range.
