Amazing admin upkeep guys. Possible to be cheeky and ask for a list for all the expected cup activity by week please? Reading back I see it's the league cup this week but not sure if champs league continues this week or not + planning ahead for next week opponents would be easier etc. Not sure if replays messes up this idea with the fixtures needing to be fluid though?

As regards your question RobM, we'll try and keep it to just 1 cup comp per GW so it is just the League Cup this week.
And there will be breaks at various points, to try and get various Cup finals towards the end of the season. I think it will be the Europa League next week, not sure yet.

Don't do that. Just make good transfers and the rest will take care of itself.
I'll give you a quote I read today from one of the best players at this game. This guys world rankings for the last 6 years are 2730th, 18446th, 4219th, 852nd, 19th, 96th. He's good
His comments in bold.

"Certainly the most common mistake I see, and it's probably even more common in players who have had a bad start, is chasing "differentials". It obviously works both ways, if you ignore the popular pick you fall behind if he does well.
Someone joked but it is true - try to get the most points you can. Some long term planning included here, but "do you take points hits" again is a silly question - if it will get you more points (including the team value question) do it. If not don't.
Similarly some players have "strategies" like "2 big strikers ". Fine if there are 2 and only 2 but if 2 don't exist, or three exist that are worth picking it soon falls over."

And another one from him in response to someone n your situation;

If you are making good choices, things will turn out okay. Of course if you are making bad choices, then chasing diffentials will only exacerabate it as you'll be picking bad AND unpopular players!

I don't like advising people what to do as you can look pretty silly if it backfires.
But your team is pretty solid, the 1 standout weak link is Ulloa. He hadn't even had a shot in the last 4 games, leading up to the WBA game (dunno if he had one in that?).
He is losing value rapidly. I think you bought at £5.8m? He's now £5.6m and likely to drop again at least once this week.
Sakho has scored in his last 6 games, if he gets one in the next game, he's broken the premiership record. He's £5.8m, you have the money to get him. It looks an absolute no brainer to me?
The one caveat is that Sakho is currently 'injured' with a shoulder problem. However he was touch and go for the last game and had a fitness test on the day. Presumably he'll be fine for this weekend. You could go Austin (£5.7m) if Sakhos fitness is too much of a risk.

I linked a player price rise/fall site earlier in the thread but as I said, FPL have changed their formula this year and they are finding it harder to correctly assess rises/drops. This site seems the most accurate at the moment;

Will have to join this (if there's vacancies!) next season, do love fantasy league:) Not really my place to comment but I do agree Ulloa has to go! As a West Ham fan it's nice to see people recommending Sakho! To think after that deal was virtually completed we pulled out leaving Sakho devastated (coming from Metz in French Ligue 2 tho granted just promoted - huge move for him!) and his agents rightly very angry all because we thought we had a chance of getting Connor Wickham from Sunderland! A few days later Sakho is signed and happy after Sunderland repeatedly told us no chance, I'm obv very happy with how things have turned out (so far!)... and a little embarrassed for being upset we couldn't get Wickham and had to settle with Sakho:) As TheDazzler said everything points to him being fit for villa, let's hope! Tho I plumped for the mighty Downing over Sakho for my fantasy team!
