optimistic lol

optimistic lol

optimistic but against a 100% opening range, can prob just math it.

kq interesting, i'd peel too but papiss r/c pretty tight, blockers to his calling range, icm pressure on papiss (most evidently money scared and jacobson had less than him)

missed the q6

hmm pappas seems to me to be enjoying it more than scared? couple random pure bluff 3bets, snap open shoved KJo earlier when 1 of 3 shorties. seems a waste of a really really good hand thats not in good shape when he does call

pappas seems to be constantly smiling and bit chatty at table at least. compared to tonking who goes white as a ghost whenever in a pot

What do people think of Pappas call off for almost all his stack with AJ from the small blind vs a 22bb shove from Jacobson from the button? Five left and three equal shorty stacks at that point.

three left overnight

The 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event has been whittled down to its final three players, and the trio will return on Tuesday to play down to a champion that will walk away with the top prize of $10 million. The three players remaining are Dutchman Jorryt van Hoof, Swede Martin Jacobson, and Norwegian Felix Stephensen, and heading into Tuesday, van Hoof has the lead with 89.625 million in chips.

Jacobson sits second with 64.75 million, and Stephensen is the shortest stack with 46.1 million.

who would your money be on and why?

what were your impressions of the first day of the final table? who shone?

It's great that a European will be taking the title! For me I hope Van Hoof wins, I've really enjoyed his play so far.

Wasn't a fan of that Tonking bloke, even in his interview after he seemed like a miserable sod.

But unfair- some people just don't know how to deal with the media/furore surrounding the event. He's clearly there to play poker and pretty gutted about his exit

Poor fucker, this is what he tweeted when he bought in.

Go Jorryt!

Do feel sorry for him a bit.  Obviously nice to win the money etc but to have two shots at a final table and come ninth both times must be heartbreaking.

yeh easy to feel sorry for the multiple time cheater, who has sun runned multiple massive live comps. [ ]

www.stakesandladders.com has put up more pools for the last day of the WSOP final table. If you want a fun sweat, and a chance to win money by predicting what will happen tonight then hop in. Doesn't hurt that these pools are going to overlay for sure so you will be snapping up some free value!

when does it start tonight?

1.30am. Not staying up to watch though. It might have been interesting to watch Politano or Pappas, or even to anti-rail Nasty Newhouse. The rest are too dull to bother watching.
