Seems odd that a player that can't get into the Man City team is of interest to Liverpool?

Sorry just realised that a post has been started on this entitled God returns. I think you can forgive me for not making the connection between god and the player that cost us a Uefa cup spot last season.

Until Houllier got hold of him.

Im a Man Utd fan and I obviously dont like the 'Pool very much.....but as regards Robbie its a bloody shame as he WAS a superb striker and those lost years without him hurt our national team a great deal.

He will walk into the liverpool team as their strike force is just terrible IMO.

Good point Jim. Houllier wasted one of the finest finishing talents we've ever had.

Fowler used to get ruined about being a bit chunky, He's got such great close ball control its a shame.
People dig him out cos he's a bit of a character, but, thats all good, imagine if everyone was like Beckham!!!
It only takes one Robbie fowler to cancel out hundreds of boring, mundane"football celebs"

I haven't Jim, which is odd considering I've read all the books from your lot.

That good eh?

I'd like to hear what he has to say about England too.

I'm glad to see him go back to Liverpool.  I quite rate Fowler and it would be good to see him make a comeback
