Does anyone know if there is a script/shortcut I can use to send 470 one cent payments via stars?

Hahaha, amazing.  I did this to Vernon once.  Sent him about 40 odd amounts that fell short of the amount I actually owed him.  Yehhh...... good times.

1% of this remaining, don't really want to sell anymore than 25%.  For the unfortunate soul who ends up with the remaining 1%, I can only apologise for the outcome.

Pretty sure I can't owe you money for this stake given that you're currently grimming me out of over 20x the value of what I now owe you from the last staking thread :p

Good luck to you both.
