Just to clarify is the re-entry position the same as the 6 max in August, ie 1 entry per starting day for the main event if necessary? Was not immediately clear from the schedule

Not quite.

It's a single re-entry per opening day but you can, if you so desire, re-enter the same day in the event of a nasty accident early doors.

Quite possibly, yes.

One thing in this upcoming UKPC which should, however, interest the Recreationals, is the introduction of a genuine "Mini" Event.

It has a £110 buy-in & a £200,000 Guarantee.

Read that again - £110 Buy-In, & £200,000 Guarantee. The Top 50 will all get a £1,000 Main Event Seat, too.

I really think that, for Recreationals, that's almost as good as it gets.

Completely agree. Best tournament you've done on any of the schedules IMO.

Hi All

8PM Tue 27th Jan - £10,000 SKY UKPC FREEROLL for our XXL 25 evening players

- Play four XXL Monsters (£5,000 GTD) between Monday 5th Jan - Monday 26th (inclusive) and you will qualify for our £10,000 SKY UKPC Freeroll where we are giving away 10 x £1000 seats into the £1M UKPC Main event.

 - Your starting stack in the Freeroll will be determined by the number of XXL 25 Monsters that you have played - you will receive 5,000 chips per XXL 25 Monster played

 - Minimum to qualify is 20,000 chips (I.e. Play 4 tournaments), for example, play 6 Tournies and you will start with 30,000 chips

 - The Freeroll will be a 20 min clock with blinds starting at 100-200 so even the minimum of 20,000 chips will get you 100BB at the start.

Please note: This is a Freeroll - no re-entries etc etc. Just 10 £1K seats given away to players that support the club on a cold evening

Feel free to ask any questions. Full details in web site Monday. Cheers Aces
