Sigh out of million JJ<AK

We have four tables left and only a few $ in the kitty, disappointing obviously.  Hopefully get a run going in one of them, do not want to be done by 10 on a Sunday.

Right Guys

We are down to absolute fumes which means it is decision time.

I think it is important to go with extreme honesty.  The games have been a bit tougher, they are geting harder and harder and the variance in fields of this size is just massive.  I am still confident I can get out of it, I must be due some run good deep but obviously dont want people stuck too deep.

The second issue is a change of personal circumstances, I have been offered an opporunity career wise which means I would only be grinding until we get out of make up and not continuing beyond that.  I think it is important to make that clear before we go any further.  This was completely unforeseen when I set this up and involves a complete relocation.  With that in mind my wife will no longer be working nights and as she will know nobody in the area it is not fair for me to continue to play poker 2-3 nights per week.  Volume would therefore be right down at the lowest requirements until we get out of it.

If investors wish to I have no issues with continuing. I am not really rolled to buy out at any meaninful percentage at the current time, or I would offer that.  I am concious that Todd cannot continue due to his account cleanse which is obvioulsly 20% of the roll.  I do however want to make sure investors are fully aware of the circumstances.

I have an alternative solution which I hope will be mutually convenient.  We end the formal agreement and I hold the Make Up on account.  I will play on my own dime, although without volume targets.  I will put 50% of every tournament cash (excluding KO's) into a side fund for investors capped at $1200.  I will then pay out 100% of MU when I have accrued enough.  This is easily trackable via OPR and I will keep you updated.  I will review after 3 months and if people are unhappy with progress I will guarantee to buy out at 50% of MU.  If I hit a big score which smashes over the cap, I will give investors 10% of this to mean profits are not out of the question.

I am not 100% clear on the ettiquette so flame gently although in my head this seems OK.   I will still be an active forum poster and as I have mentioned previously my job requires a clean financial record so I will not be running anywhere.  If everyone wants to top up I would suggest we go with $600 and things will continue uchanged.

Seems fine to me, can top up also but with the risk of getting into it too much think the above is probably best.

Best of luck mate

Cheers guys. Hopefully a scenario where nobody ends up out of pocket will be good.

Will wait for full responses then get things moved on.

Cheers Nick and Kev

I have sent a few PMs to get 100% consensus.

I think the number of non top ups makes it hard to do.

Under my proposal I will send monthly notes of the balance and I will ship at 50% and 100% reclaim. Don't want to sit on money and don't want small payouts. I should be able to brind back roll within 3 months. Could be 3 days if things go well!  It is on all cashes not just winning sessions. Allows me to play a bit and I will hold investor cash balance separate as it builds.

If my volume is poor I guarantee to buyout at 50% in 3 months. At least. Hopefully offer more.
