Is the standard tough at these levels?

Yeah the standards definitely very tough. There are a few players seem to always win lots of money. On the other hand there are some crazy players and people that, although you don't chase round the tables, you don't mind playing against so much...

I'm no limit expert, but is it dangerous flatcalling the preflop raise with the aces in that first hand?

are you (sorry for my ignorance) mainly a limit cash player or is it other disciplines as well?

why limit cash rather than NL or PL cash?

What mindset do you need to have to be a Limit cash player, as it must be so difficult to protect your hands from draws hitting etc....do you need to change your thoughts about starting hand values?

...i built up my roll playing heads up STTs then got into high stakes limit just outta nowhere. I play it because it's the biggest game on the site. NL ring games I'm not so good at I don't think, NL is best left for tournies where I'm concerned. Limit is sick, you have to be prepared to get sicked on any given hand. Hand values depend entirely on the number of players. For full handed games you have to play tight, short handed you have to know when to loosen up...basically the best way to learn how you should play is to play and work out what makes money and what doesn't....

mc - Have you ever played a player called voipinc?  I was playing him on 3/6 NL the other night and he kept going all in preflop for $450 then announcing his hand in the chat box, 78 os etc.  He gave up after 4 buy ins then stopped.  I promptly added him to the buddy list and then today i saw he was playing $150/$300 Limit!  I guess he was just blowing off some steam in my game or is he just a rich bad player?
