Any justification for feeling a bit aggrieved here?
Seat 9 (UTG) min raises
seat 1 (Me) three bets holding

called by seat 3,5,6,8,9 (I know, urgh!!)
flop is

seat 8+9 check
I bet
seat 3 folds
seat 5 calls
seats 6+8 fold
dealer gathers in chips bet by me and seat 5, burns one and starts to deal turn card
seat 9 says "woah, me to act"
Dealer hovers the turn card face down, not sure what to do.
I have clearly seen the

and it's been exposed enough that seat 5 could have seen it, though I have no idea if he did or not
Seat 9 has definitely NOT seen the card.
Dealer calls "FLOOR!" who arrives quick smart.
Action is explained to TD and only then does seat 9 decide to say "doesn't matter, I pass," and mucks his cards.
A player not in the hand interjects "carry on", but seat 5 argues that "he (me) has seen the next card and I haven't so it has to be shuffled back into the pack."
I tell him it's the

and that the action is closed for the flop betting anyway, but I don't make big fuss about it. Random innit.
TD agrees with seat 5, Dealer removes final burn and river card, returns the

to the deck, shuffles and turns

I shove
Seat 5 says "well, I have to call now" and rolls over

river is

and I'm busto.
No one is in anyway disadvantaged by the

standing.
However, if seat 5 has seen the brick turn card (as I say, not sure if he did or didn't, but it did get flashed enough for him to) and he's on a very thin draw, he DOES benefit from effectively running the turn twice.
Seat 5 may have been a bad enough player to call my turn shove with just a gutshot (which he'd hit with the 8 anyway) but he more likely folds.
He's still making a bad call with his up and down draw on the turn, and I accept 4/5 times he misses, I rake in the pot and don't make this post.
Still stings a bit though.
I'm trying to build a new bankroll the old fashioned way of hitting the entry level tournaments and working my way back up to the bigger weekend games. It's hard enough to survive the "questionable" play I'm up against in these low buy in games, without the dealers/TDs sticking it in me too.
It's not a criticism of the dealers/TDs who are generally very good, but I've not played these weeknight tourneys much before (usually a weekend player) and it sometimes feels like the dealers/TDs are a little bored/disinterested and are grinding out these games, waiting for the bigger weekend games to come.
Ah well, back into the breach next week I guess
