bottom left the factories were knocked down and the white city estate went up in its place

The school and all those houses are still there now, which is the reason the ground can't be expanded beyond its current capacity of about 37.

Yeah - out beside the new Crossrail station at Old Oak Common, but there's an issue with getting ownership of the required land, and then there's going to be the further issue of relegation, massive fines and Tony Fernandes losing interest.
