Looking at buying a second hand boxter - will probably only use it a very occassionally - once twice a month.

Anybody got an opinion on them and which model to get.

Cheers

They potentially have serious engine problems, google IMS bearing and bore scoring for starters. Hartech in Bolton are the experts and their website and posts on pistonheads are probably well worth a read.

dont get the 2.5 or 2.7 engine they are gutless.. 3.2 is the one to have ran one from new for a couple years in 2001... superb car mid engine makes it handle like a dream.. I have owned Porsche's of all descriptions so can speak from good experience...not sure what age your going to buy but try to get one with a good warranty Porsche's of any description can be expensive on the repairs.. as with any car do your homework

Unless I come roaring past on my Motorbike.
Edit- once I get it off stands and get the puncture in the rear tyre sorted

Retract my last statement as you might own this.

1. Dodge Tomahawk: 350 mph (560 km/h)
This Dodge Tomahawk is very limited motorcycle that use 10 cylinder, 90 degrees v-type engine. It can reach 350 mph (560 km/h) when it’s on top speed. This motorcycle can produce 500 horsepower (370 Kw) @ 5600 rpm. This motorcycle is using a simple transmission system by using just 2 speed manual transmission.
