Hard to believe it was 40 years ago - I remember the excitement of that track as if it were yesterday.

All singles then were 3 minutes max - the very idea of 7 or 8 minutes filled us with awe & wonder.

It was one of the pioneering videos that helped establish music videos, too, & so played a very important part in what was to become the way popular music was promoted. And before long, we had this oh so wonderful channel, which, for those of us around at the time, shaped our lives.
