A Brexit transition deal will be harder to reach than Britain thinks

Yet again, reality turns out to be complicated

The sex scandal over MP’s may even overshadow brexit in today’s news, the question is how many by elections will be caused?

Can someone sweep it back under the carpet and so there will be none, 5 by elections for Tory MP’s and the govt could be over. (Other parties will be affected but probably won’t lose a seat in that by election)

What did the PM know and when, and did they deliberately hide knowledge of a criminal act, this could not have happened at a worse time for the brexit negotiations (not that they have even agreed when the next meeting is)

Brexit: Whitehall headcount to balloon by 8,000 workers

David Davis tells cabinet of ‘significant acceleration’ to get UK ready, including creation of up to 5,000 extra jobs in HMRC

(Brexit means a bigger, not a smaller state - a bitter irony for libertarians.)
