Two interesting hands from tonights main - ones a bluff the other is value. Which is which?

And for Hand 1, What would you range would you be calling river jam with? I'm totally readless against both opponents at the time of these hands occurring.

Hand 1: Blinds 150/300. We have 33k and the whole table covered.

We have ?? OTB, Cutoff min raises 600. We call (UTG), SB Folds, BB Makes up. Pot 1950.

Flop:    . BB Checks, C/O Min bets 300!! I guess we are going to attack this bet a whole lot, We make it 1500. BB Folds, C/O Calls. Pot 4950.

Turn:  , Check, we bet 3000, they call. Pot is 10950 - they have a pot sized bet left behind.

River:    They Check, we set them all in, they fold. What would you call here against me?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hand 2:
We have ?? UTG, blinds are 300/600, we have 60k Plus.

Folds to BB who defends - they have 18k. Pot is 2.7K

Flop:    three diamonds. We bet 1.2k, call. Pot 5.1k

Turn:  Check, we bet 2987, call. Pot is 11074. They have 13k behind.

River:  . Check we bet 6k they fold.

Hand One: Putting myself in the villains shoes I guess I fold everything here as I have missed my Flush, apart from a weird two pair ad he probably puts you on AX. Personally I would never bet a silly amount on the flop.

Hand Two: You could have anything here, Missed flush draw, set of 99's  or 3 barrel bluffs.

I don't believe I have ever played with you so its tough to say which one is a bluff or for value. Personally I shove for value more often than I shove as a bluff. Both hands have similar board textures too with makes it difficult. I would take a punt and say hand 1 is for value and hand 2 is a bluff?

First one value, second one a bluff, you didn't setup a river spr of one in the 2nd hand.
