Apologies for the erratic service earlier.
I'm going to blame emotional trauma after watching Ms Ivanovic and Ms Bouchard lose back-to-back matches at Edgbaston earlier.
A reminder that I am offline from 1pm to 3pm approximately tomorrow.
The deadline for entries is still 2pm but I will be unable to check any selections sent after 1pm.
I will post all selections and updates at the earliest opportunity after 3pm.

how does the NR effect my accumulators
i had 15 fourfolds ew and 1sixfold ew
and all have placed so far apart from the NR and i have always smiles in the last
You should be alright, unless the money is wrong in the last...
That horse is showing 6/5 on what I assume is the US Tote on the screen in front of me. Value it isn't.
They said on Channel 4 yesterday that one of the foreign horses was 2/5 with the books in its home country, but massive odds against here
Fairly sure that was the Hong Kong horse. Just search for videos of it racing in Hong Kong and you'll understand the price more. Obv ran a shocker here.
Yeah, it was.
Don't think any video could warrant the disparity in prices 7/2 here 2/5 there
Suspect the correct price should have been somewhere between the two. Horse looked phenomenal on what I saw. Obviously didn't run like that, so maybe the bookies here knew.

Yeah, most likely.
Frequently see it happen with horses in their own books, in big races.

The jockey club in Hong Kong is an amazing thing. Guess all the sparkly new casinos in Macao have done some damage, but tax on betting on horses in Hong Kong used to account for 7% of GDP. If you can wangle an invite from a member the buffer during a race meeting at happy valley is pretty special. I think many of the most powerful hang around there for race meetings, like a weekly royal enclosure. They have a sports and social club up the top of a hill that I have been to too. They even have a country club in the new territories where the chosen ones can stay to get out of the City. All very nice I am sure, though I haven't been inside.

I haven't actually backed many of my selections. Too often with these competitions, some right wotsit comes from nowhere (sometimes on the last day) with an absurd run of monster price winners and steals it. This time, I plan to be that wotsit.
