Just in case you didn't manage the hundred, I would suggest going back a couple of weeks in the program and building up your strength again. Maybe Week 5 or Week 6 would be good for you and help regain your confidence? Don't give up though, you're closer than you think!
Thats from the website. I read that as, if you've followed what you have said above (1 person from col1, 1 from col 3), then the person from col1 probably wont be able to perform 100 pushups and will have to repeat a week or 2 and the person from col3 is more likely to be able to perform the 100.
If that's the case why is there even a col 1 or a col 2?
Why not have everyone in the one column and progress until they can do the 100?
If you go back a week or two from col 1 week 6, where do you go to and where does it lead?
