Interested to see Patti Smith next on the Pyramid stage. Hit or a massive fail.

Yeah not a very consistant performer.Sometimes pretty meh ,other times she blows you away.

Wow, she's still scary, fiery & passionate. Magnificent  thumbs up

Performance of the festival for me.

From the bands I knew really enjoyed Vaccines, Maccabees, Motorhead, Suede, Slaves - enjoying it vicariously cause my son is there - wish I was 25 again :-(

Best find for me was Young Fathers - incred live performance

You don't need to be 25 again. I was 53 for my first Glasto, and although I've missed last year and this I plan on doing it again.

Yah, fair point, but my knees hurt

When you were 25, would you have still gone despite hurty knees?

PS- This is a deep, serious question.

lol, yes of course

Fantastic set from The Who.

Hats off to the BBC , once again their coverage has been superb.

On catch up now for what I missed. BBC licence fee worth every penny for Glastonbury coverage alone.

Watching bits of the who made me realise I can't separate the performance from the songs. If I heard that at the back of a small pub I'd have to go out in the garden. Same as Paul wellers pish. All i could imagine all the way through was some old dude croaking 'im 70 you know'. Fair enuff, put yr slippers on and have a nap love. Chemical Brothers was just brill though but I guess we don't have to look at them or hear them sing

Did anyone else see that bloke wearing a pirate's hat and waving a sword crowd-surfing in a little rubber dingy during Lionel's set or did I imagine it?

Surely those purple Owsleys don't have flash-backs after this long.

I take my hat off to him hallucination or not.

Whoever did Kanye's set design was inspired, his performance has had mixed reviews to say the least but Kanye fans seems to like it (I saw the first 15 minutes) and I have listened to FFS which was brilliant in my opinion and I am not a fan of either band particularly.

I think my avoidance techniques worked quite well all told, so what else should I seek out on Iplayer? Did TV or radio broadcast any of Leftfields set?

Yes I saw him too, and thought what the hell! Also saw a naked Lionel blow up doll standing to erm attention. Both made me chuckle alot.

My vote for the t-shirt of the festival goes to the Lionel one with Hello, is it mud you are looking for on the front.
