the Arsenal Leicester game on feb 13 was a 3pm kick off
bear in mind sky announced their feb slate of premier league fixtures in december
today it has been moved to sunday 14th at midday
ludicrously late. coaches and train tickets had been booked etc
this sort of thing really does take the piss out of live away supporters.......
Should be a simple rule that tv companies have to put all their TV dates 3 months in advance, with the exception of the final month of the season where I'll give them a month.

I get totally why sky want to show it and why the clubs want the TV money. Fans shouldn't be out of pocket who can prove they have bought tickets/got season tickets imo for any pre paid non refundable expenses to get to the game.
Even if they didn't go that far a free pint/pie at the game would be a nice touch.Travelling away supporters do just get shafted so hard in most ways even though they are the most loyal of all supporters generally.

Two days ago, tickets went on sale for non-season ticket holders for Spurs v Arsenal. All fixtures at that time are 3pm Saturday because we don't have Sky's schedule. You're just guessing whether it's going to be on TV.
Today, they announced it's being moved forward to 12:45, so at least it's Saturday still.
They should have these details sorted before fans have to commit to the tickets.

Last year I bought flights from Dublin to Hamburg to see a St Pauli match. I bought the tickets a couple of months in advance and we got flights back on Sunday evening just in case it was moved from the Saturday to the Sunday.
A couple of weeks before the match, they moved it to Monday!

Tried to get tickets at the Emirates for the same reason, looks like you have to be an Arsenal member to have any chance.
Spotted that they charge fans to join the season ticket waiting list. It probably shouldn't have but was a serious wtf moment when I read that.

i am a lcfc season ticket holder and my away ticket points didn't get me high enough up the list to guarantee seats
fortunately, a go to 90% of games friend can't make it all weekend
Result. unlike the likely outcome at the Emirates.

Spurs do that, too. You join the membership scheme at the second lowest tier and in exchange, you can:
1. Buy tickets before they go on general sale (ie, you can buy tickets that aren't restricted view or otherwise poor); and
2. Get a birthday card signed by Poch and the players (well, it has their signatures on anyway)
You can also get and retain your place on the season ticket waiting list, which I have done for the last six years or so and will be relevant when it comes to the new stadium.
All for £50 a year. You don't get a discount on the ticket price btw.
I'm 4,000-odd on the list, so that means they're making at least £200,000 a year out of us. As I've been on the list for six years, I'd expect there are a fair few behind me.
Nice work if you can get it!

Son is keen LCFC fan but we were too slow getting season tickets. Managed to buy tickets for the home end for the league game at White Hart Lane - they were happy to sell them to non-members only a few weeks before the game and post them to a LE postcode.
Looked at the Man U away game and £200 hospitality tickets are available. They have exec boxes at £150k a season!

I object to the expression "home end".
We have seating all the way around these days you know!

Wow, you can get an adult season ticket for £149 at Valley Parade.
