They were certainly WAY too tough for me. Think I answered "No Idea" at least 5 or 6 times.

I don't think that a set of questions where the par score will be in the 5-8 range is necessarily worse than the usual 11-14 range

A slightly bruised ego is a fair price pay for learning a bunch of new things imo

A wooden spoon would be an upgrade anyway, at our school quiz nights the losing team used to get a pack of empty biros that had been recovered from the recycling bin in the staff room
