Just back from a weekend in Norfolk and whilst driving around I saw a sign for Horsey Windpump - what a name!  Obviously had to investigate further and I found Horsey is in fact a small coastal town.  There's a beach there (Horsey Beach) where seals often pop in to say hello.  The Windpump is a windmill on the Broads.  I have no pictures to share

I love the name Horsey Windpump.  Here's a picture of it that I didn't take.  The windmill is being repaired at the moment.

As as kid we lived in Newton Burgoland. It was just down the road from Barton in the Beans.

It's a nice place, I think we saw a bit.  I wanted to get some photos of Cromer Pier at night but we were there about 4 hours before sunset and had a moaning daughter in tow.  I think I need to visit without her next time.   Some lovely rapeseed fields about, I was hoping for one with a windmill in the middle but you can't have everything!  I did see one with a lovely black barn with a red roof on that I meant to go back too but forgot where it was so didn't.  I may revisit a bit earlier in the year next year.

Barton in the Beans is a great name Cheesy

Norfolk is a lovely place.  Used to travel up to see the ex who lived in Belton for a while.   Burgh Castle is lovely as well. Nice pub right on the Broads.
