Assuming we fill all 24 spots payouts would be:

Winner: £120
Runner-up: £60
Losing semi-finalists: £30x2

Obviously Mere is the ideal candidate but he's not around the next couple of days.

I take part in a number of comps on here so hopefully people are happy with me holding the money, if not then perhaps Tighty or a Mod will oblige.

It's been suggested that we add a prize of £20 for 'worst performing team' and given I've drawn Albania, Norn Iron and Croatia in a similar sweepstake I like that idea. If no one objects, we'll knock the winner down to £110 and the losing semi-finalists down to £25.
