Two people

Alive or dead

Real or Fictional

Give us two names, that you do not personally know, that you would like to get to know inside out. To know what makes/made them tick, and why

This may be because of admiration, respect, fascination or dislike.

Tell us why you have chosen these people/characters

Not sure about the second one but first off would have to be Pablo Escobar.

Just want to sit with him and watch the whole of Narcos and get him to tell me what really happened.

Combination of admiration, respect, fascination, dislike and pretty much every other emotion you can think of.

Hitler and Kurt Cobain?

For the former, WW2 fascinated me at school/college, and for the latter I was more than a little obsessed with Nirvana and the grunge scene growing up. They both seem like obvious choices though so the curveball answer would be the 2 guys who murdered Jamie Bulger.

Very good question. 10 people would be fairer of course!

My first selection would be Charles Darwin.

As a Genetics graduate and Science teacher I have spent a large portion of my adult life studying and teaching about this great man. I would love to know where his courage, ambition and ideas came from.

Second I'd like to select Roy Keane.
I grew up in the golden era of Man Utd football and come from a fiercely supported Man Utd household. The day I finished my last exam at university was the infamous European Cup final where Sheringham and Solksjaer scored injury time winners. People forget about the semi against Juventus where Roy Keane put in the single best footballing performance I've ever seen to drag his team through to a final he would not be able to play against. He is very much a marmite character but even if you dislike him you must have a grudging respect for him. He would be an interesting and challenging person to get to know for sure, but that's part of the challenge I guess.

God seems like an absolute no brainer for any reason you could think of. Think him and Stephen Hawking would make an interesting 3 way.
