Who would you fancy for the last longer from that Brits list?

Several players who are consistently there or thereabouts, but I think I'd go for Carrel.

I happened to be tableside yesterday when Carrel got his double up to around his present stack.

Geezer bet pre flop & Carrel called.

Flop;

 Two Clubs three diamonds

Opener pots it, Carrel calls quickly.

Turn;

 Two Clubs three diamonds three clubs

Aggressor pots it again, Carrel calls quickly.

River;

 Two Clubs three diamonds three clubs

Aggressor makes huge overbet (well over 100,000) & sets Carrel all-in, Carrel calls instantly.

Carrel;

Villain -

I'm not sure who it might be, but my three against the field would be Alex Goulder, Sam Grafton or Richard Gryko, on the wholly irrelevant basis that I like all three very much.

Talal Shakerchi is having a good trip.

He won a $25,000 Bellagio High Roller on June 30th for $218,000.

A 7th in the $50k Players Championship for $77,000 followed, then he won $25,000 Aria High Roller just 4 days ago for $393,000.

Yesterday, amazingly, he won the $25,000 Aria High Roller again for $386,400.

I know he is minted, bla bla, but he's a perfect gentleman. Top bloke.
