I didn't see the fat man eats pie bet at 8/1. Would've lumped on as they're clearly decent odds. Would've had it in a double with fat man eats another pie.

Yes we really must stamp out corruption at all levels, no matter how seemingly irrelevant it appears.

I'm surprised he hasn't been arrested yet.

As the article says....

The warning was there 10 years ago yesterday, when Craig Bellamy scored for Liverpool in Barcelona and celebrated with a golf swing — a nod to his infamous training-camp bust-up with John Arne Riise. William Hill, offering 100-1 on Bellamy doing exactly that, took a £50,000 hit.


This also clearly influenced the game.

Pies ,golf swings,.... where will it all end.

Yo what a scandal and how unprofessional of him but nice to see responsible journalists restore some semblance of social order and etiquette by calling the larger sporting gentleman 'roly poly'. Things are now correct, thank goodness.
