Yes Tikay has dwindled right down to less than 4k, and with the buffet break looming he's starting to have to make some moves like that if he wants to come back afterwards with any chips... but he's got Joe Grech's big blind to have a go at when he's on the button, so who knows what's going to happen. It's been quite fun just standing by that table watching Chili and Tikay take shots at double ups, although the pace isn't exactly breakneck anywhere...
There are about 54 players remaining, so we've nearly halved the field. People KEEP asking me for sandwiches. I think it's the notepad.

Snoopy tells me I am remiss in reporting some 'background colour.' I think he means the small group of rather intoxicated ladies who seem to be amusing themselves by alternately propping up the bar and falling over some chairs. I am glad they are having fun. Everyone not otherwise engaged has their beady eyes fixed on the buffet which is steaming behind us... they've waited for 6 hours and are understandably peckish.
