£1K Seats won in DTD200's can be used for this event.

"The £500,000 prizepool includes 25 x £2,200 UKPC seats"

what and when is the £2200 UKPC? is it must play or can it be kept in credit for another £2k?

UKPC is a million pound event in Q1 2018. I will double check but my first thought is it is must play.

thanks. Im not a huge fan of seats part of the prizepool structure but its understandable with big gtds to hit and tbf usually not much of an inconvenience.  This one seems too much though, a big portion of the prizepool for an event months in advance, so far in advance there isnt even a set date for it!

Excellent. Going to put some effort into these as it's an event I'd really like to play.

Has the button paying the ante structure been discussed anywhere on here already? I've been mulling it over in the back of my mind for a couple of nights and haven't quite decided if I like it or not.

Its great that DTD is running this tourney, but my opinion is that with 10%  of the prize pool withheld for a future tournament, the date for the 2k really needs to be confirmed before this one happens. Especially if those tickets are non transferable or you can't sell them.

Obvs if the tourney doesn't reach it's guarantee then I think it's acceptable to say how the overlay is distributed. I'm sure a lot of players think these are added value, when essentially 25 players(from example payout structure) are being forced to spend 2.2k of their winnings. on another tourney. Bit of a sharp practice if you ask me if the guarantee is met. If you've finished 25th,you'd get £5450 but 2.2k of that is a seat. If you've satted in, that's a big chunk of change you have been forced to spend. DTD get a lot right and I'm a big fan how things are done but this doesn't win my approval. Maybe they'll change it but it's not gonna stop me having a go at trying to sat in if it stays the same. Anyone else think the same? I understand the reasoning behind it, I just don't agree with it.
