i would call i think. if somebody had the nut flush draw im sure with the ace on the flop there would be more betting.  gerry has been reraised on the flop if he had the ace of clubs with another club im sure he would reraise again. and the same goes for brunnette who has just called all the way down

Looking at it again, i just edited it as i said call, looking at it again, Fold for me your up against 2 all-ins already both seen the possible flush on the river and i would have to put one of them on  the nuts flush and maybe the other on the lower flush.

Would be very very hard to fold your hand Ian, but just think with the 2 all ins take your loses and remain in the tournie.

What did they have?

Early doors the play in these tournaments is poor so you could easily be ahead , coupled with an opportunity to grow a decent stack early I would call. The action on the hand and especially the all in doesn't make sense . Hey there's always next week.

Interesting post dan .

Why would someone with top pair and the nut flush draw reraise on the flop? Surley they want as many players in as possible to maximise the potential pot?

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

I would shove it in quicker than a quick thing, you were calling bets for a club, you got one ... shove the lot in !!!

I think I agree with dewi: gerry has the ladies and Brunette doesn't know how to play poker (Ax).

Ok its a call from most people then...

Well i passed! It did'nt add up to me, i had the 3rd nuts in this case and with an allin and a call i honestly thought i could'nt be winning... I was calling for a club, but then changed my mind and thought that either the nut flush or the straight flush could be out.

And... I was wrong! gerry53 turned over A9 not a club in his hand, and Brunette had 94clubs... He was a loon you were all right, he later knocked me out calling my large reraise on the turn to hit a middle pin straight on the river, and that was good night charlie for me!

Overall though i am not too disappointed with my pass, i am not particularly a passer as alot of people know! But i do try and make good reads that help me make marginal calls... and i also think that passing hands that alot of people cannot get away from, makes the difference between the good and the great!

With an allin and a call in the majority of these situations i think you would be behind if you called! Even though in this case the radar was a bit off!
