The UK Championships have begun, & full TV coverage (both BBC & Eurosport) starts on Saturday I believe. There seems a recent obsession with "average shot time", & Barry Hearn has weighed in with a threat to punish those who are slow; https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/snooker/46385872Seems bang wrong to me. OK, sometimes watching, say, Ebdon can be a little frustrating, but I'm really not sure players should be obliged to be "on the clock" golf style. |

Confirmed, regular coverage from this Saturday on both BBC & Eurosport.
At present - until Saturday - it is on "Eurosport Player" which I suppose is code for PPV or somesuch.
