Part of the Barry Hearn masterplan to dumb the game down & bring it to the masses. Shotclocks ditto. Noticeable also is that we now have a lot more female referees, all of them easy on the eye. Bet you never see a plump one with a hairy wart. |

I was rather amused and more than a little titillated to to see a female referee crossing her legs and dipping, curtsey style rather than bending over. What fantastic knees she had. |

Ha, yes, I saw that too, I thought she was wonderfully old-fashioned. I can't deny I quite enjoy seeing some of the female referees, but it is curious that televised Pro Snooker suddenly has so many of them. I have no idea, of course, if they are equal or better than the existing male referees, but I suspect that is not why they are employed. |
