Physicist.

"Matt's theory of relativity" has a certain ring to it don't you think? I might decide to discover gravity as well.

I think I could possibly invent the washing machine and vacuum cleaner. I've got an engineering background and could just about figure those out with a bit of help from some grad students who were amazed at my foresight and wanted to work with me on all this new fangled tech.

A shagger, a cling on and an alcoholic apparently......  Grin

When I wake up, well I know I'm gonna be,
I'm gonna be the man who wakes up next you
When I go out, yeah I know I'm gonna be
I'm gonna be the man who goes along with you
If I get drunk, well I know I'm gonna be
I'm gonna be the man who gets drunk next to you

Probably a Science teacher still. Be nice to be ahead of the game for once, it is difficult to stay modern in these increasingly technologically advanced times.

My wife only graduated last year with a biology degree so she's very clear on how she could 'discover' a whole bunch of stuff in 1900; she says she'd probably start  with the structure of DNA.

My job would be to take the credit as I'm the man*

With the knowledge we've got, even as laymen, on a vast range of subjects, we could all be world experts and innovators in many fields. Choosing which fields to pass on, when we could dominate them, would be difficult. Maybe Government Minister would be the best use of us, if our radical ideas hadn't alienated too many people. Coping with the frustration of being opposed by Luddites and vested interests might the biggest problem.
