Spooky. That's exactly what I am doing right now. Love it. Don't know what I would do without Google and Wiki.

Mrs Red & I were listening to a podcast of Paul Gambaccini's Pick of the Pops in bed this morning. My list of things to Google included.

What is Elvis Costello's real name?

Where was Debbie Harry born, what was her bandmate boyfriend called and what was that horrible disease he had?

Is Gambaccini batting for the other side?

How is stainless steel made?

Pipherus vulgaris?

Good try, and you got the 2nd word correct.

And I only know because I just looked it up. Obv.

I managed the vulgaris bit because I see it often. People seem to use it as a suffix to make things sound latinfied or scientificy.

Am not at all sure Tal-Bloke will approve of "scientificy".

You were doing fine until that last "y".

While we're on the subject, I made myself a cheese and onion sandwich last night that was out of this world. Everything just came together perfectly, it was a perfect storm of a sandwich.

The bread was a particularly nice seeded wholemeal.

The butter was Lurpak. (slightly salted)

The cheese was Cathedral city extra mature Cheddar.

The onion was one of those that doesn't burn your mouth out but is still full of real onion flavour, like those you get in Spain.

It was fabulous.

Neuropathy messes with my sleeping, but playing that through a set of 'cozyphones' really helps.

They're a great invention, and worth every penny.
