In the same way that Hitler was pretty naughty.

What a shithouse, and then tries acting like he's done nothing wrong Cheesy

Love the fake muck, sneaky peak, scowl at the dealer as if he is the scumbag hatrick.

Shame it wasn't Barry Neville sat next to him Cheesy

Is he in the BITB stable?

First time I watched it I just saw the fake pass, only after watching again did I realise he was peeking at the other fella's cards when he did the feint.

What a POS.

Nick Marchington wins legal battle with WSOP "stakers"

https://www.beatthefish.com/nick-marchington-wins-wsop-staking-lawsuit/

Neither side emerges with much credit here imo.

Marchington gazumped C Biscuit, which is not ideal, whilst C Biscuit tried to freeroll Marchington after it unravelled.

A 2,700 Twitter poll to gauge opinion was about as conclusive as our Referendum.

Not sure I'd want to do business with either party.

I see it like this. Say I sold you a horse or a car and then later realised I could sell it elsewhere for more money, would you be obliged to sell me my goods back at cost?

The answer is no of course. Your options would be:

Keep the goods.

Offer to sell them back to me at a price that suited you.

Accept the refund and return the goods.

I cannot force you to return the goods at cost.

You cannot accept the refund and then lay claim to the goods.

If you agreed to sell me a horse at a certain price, and I paid you for it, I'd expect you to honour that arrangement. And I'm sure you would.

But what if I wanted to give you your money back and sent you a cheque for the full amount.

If you banked that cheque that would mean that the deal was cancelled, but if you returned the cheque to me then the deal stood.

He should have honoured the deal imo but the fact that they accepted their money back before he played suggests they might have freerolled him.

I remain of my originally stated view - neither side emerges with much credit.

WPT ends in a SIXTEEN WAY chop. I keep searching for Chompy's name, he must have used an alias.
