Antisocial behaviour includes:
drunken or threatening behaviour
vandalism and graffiti
playing loud music at night

I think it probably falls under threatening behaviour

Oh I agree with the charge, I was just wondering about the penalty.

Perhaps if it wasn't too severe a group of 10 or 20 people could follow Boris and take turns to splat him every 5 mins or so.

nobody presses charges in the UK, that's an Americanism.

They either cooperate with the police or they don't, then it's up to the CPS to decide
