Slight regression this week but only a single lb.
Starting weight this year 11st 9lbs, then 11st 7lbs, followed by 11st 6lbs.
This morning 11st 7lbs.
Shed that pesky lb that I gained last week at this morning's weigh-in. 11st 6lbs. No news is good news right? 11st 6lbs. 11st 5lbs. Man-flu is good for diets. 11st 3lbs. 11st 4lbs Been eating this week. 11st 5lbs Eating and back to full fitness - played 18-holes since this morning's weigh-in. 11st 6lbs 11st 4lbs Back on track 11st 5lbs Seem to have found my level - not sure if plateau is permitted  11st 4lbs Shed last week's pesky 1lb |
